Heritage Lobby Renovation

Heritage Renovation | Germany | Design build (Interior architects) | Photorealistic Visualisation

The studio needed photorealistic renders to present a proposed lobby renovation to hotel stakeholders and support approval discussions with greater clarity and confidence. The imagery was designed to show more than the updated space itself. It helped communicate how contemporary design interventions could be introduced while preserving the character and spirit of the existing heritage setting.

The brief

Design Build required a set of photorealistic interior renders to present a proposed hotel lobby renovation to stakeholders in Germany. The goal was to communicate the design direction with enough realism, atmosphere, and sensitivity to secure confidence in the renovation approach.

What I delivered

A series of interior perspectives showing the renovated lobby from multiple viewpoints, including the lounge, reception, circulation, and detail-led moments within the space. Each image was composed to demonstrate how contemporary materials and forms could sit comfortably within the heritage context, preserving the identity of the hotel while presenting a more refined guest experience.

Why the visuals mattered

The renders helped turn the proposal into something stakeholders could immediately understand and emotionally connect with. Rather than presenting the renovation as a technical update, the imagery framed it as a respectful transformation, balancing modern function with heritage character in a way that made the presentation more persuasive and memorable.

Testimonial

“Sinan translated the design intent with remarkable clarity and sensitivity. The renders captured the balance between heritage character and contemporary refinement, which made the presentation far stronger for our stakeholders.”

If you need visualisation that helps stakeholders understand a renovation clearly, and feel confident about where the design is heading, I’d be pleased to support your next presentation.
