There is no payment for this trial render. It is a practical demonstration of how we may work together on future projects.

Timeline and when the clock start

  • Delivery is within 5 business days from the moment the brief is confirmed as complete Information Received (checklist below)

You receive a confirmation message listing: camera, mood references, key finishes, and any assumptions logged for approval

Complete Information Checklist

  • Plans: DWG / PDF (or Revit/SketchUp export if available)

  • A marked-up camera angle (or a reference image indicating viewpoint)

  • Material schedule or finish notes (brand names helpful, not required)

  • 3 to 8 reference images (PureRef board welcome) showing mood, lighting, and styling direction

  • Any non-negotiables: feature joinery, key furniture, artwork, hero materials

  • Required deadline for presentation or approvals (if relevant)

Provide any of the above that you have, I will work with what is available, but the clearer the inputs, the faster the alignment

Confidentiality, NDA, and portfolio sharing (choose one)

  • Option A: Standard NDA (mutual NDA available on request)

  • Option B: Embargoed sharing (I may share only after an agreed date)

  • Option C: Anonymous case use (no project name, no client name, no identifying details)

  • Option D: No sharing (I do not publish the image)

Because embargoes block many trials, this is now controlled by you

Revision rules

  • Included: one minor revision such as material tone tweaks, lighting balance, grading, small prop swaps, minor camera adjustment

  • Not included in the trial: design changes that alter modelling scope (layout changes, new joinery design, major furniture swaps, new camera angle). If that happens mid-trial, I will log it and offer a paid continuation or a revised timeline
